Acceptance and scope

These Terms of Use apply to Movie Wordle pages, games, archives, analysis articles, support pages, and related site features. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the service.

Permitted use

Movie Wordle is offered for personal, non-commercial entertainment unless a page expressly says otherwise. You may play the available daily or archived puzzles, read the site’s editorial material, and share an ordinary result through the site’s built-in or standard browser features.

• Use the service lawfully and in a way that respects other players.
• Keep shared result images and links in their original context.
• Do not attempt to obtain an unpublished answer or bypass a game’s normal result flow.

Prohibited conduct

You must not overload, scrape at harmful scale, reverse engineer, attack, or interfere with Movie Wordle or its supporting services. You must not bypass archive or game limits, defeat security controls, automate play in a way that undermines fair use, or use the service to infringe another person’s rights.

Intellectual property and film materials

Movie Wordle’s original code, design, branding, editorial presentation, puzzle formatting, and original text are protected by applicable law. Movie posters, stills and frames, ratings, cast information, review-source language, and linked materials may belong to their respective rights holders or providers.

MovieWordle 6 Frames stills are displayed at low resolution in a transformed identification and commentary format. They are not offered as a stock library or for download and redistribution. If you believe material is being used improperly, contact the project with the exact URL and the basis for your request so it can be reviewed.

Third-party services and links

The service may rely on third parties for hosting, image delivery, search, movie metadata, Google Analytics, and—if added later—Google AdSense or another advertising provider. Third-party sites and services have their own terms and privacy notices. Movie Wordle does not control their availability, content, or data practices.

Availability and liability

Movie Wordle is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We work to keep puzzles, metadata, images, and pages accurate and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the continued availability of a particular game, archive entry, source, image, integration, or feature. To the extent permitted by law, Movie Wordle is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Changes and suspension

We may correct, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue a game, page, archive entry, integration, or other part of the service. We may also revise these terms. The updated version takes effect when posted, and continued use after that point indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
